It just happens. Personally,\nthe coronavirus pandemic has allowed me to acknowledge that I need a back-up\nexercise routine. It is inevitable that there will be factors and events\noutside our locus of control affecting our daily schedule. There will be some\ndays or weeks when we are too busy to get out of the office or leave our desk\nto participate in any physical activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With that in mind, I created\na simple seated yoga flow for days when life gets too busy. This 3 min\nstep-by-step flow was designed to help calm your nervous system while also energizing\nyou mentally and physically through your busy day. And these movements can be\ndone right now, right where you are seated! The key to doing this right is\nbeing conscious of your breath while symbiotically performing these movements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you ready? All you need\nis a chair and a little space!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Time:<\/strong> 3 minutes<\/li><li><strong>Equipment:<\/strong> Chair <\/li><li><strong>Instructions:<\/strong> Move from one position to the next, following\nyour breath.
