Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5578\" width=\"270\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-2.png 334w, https:\/\/liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-2-208x300.png 208w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BREAKFAST: Quick and Easy Egg Bites<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>\u00be cup of baby spinach-chopped<\/li><li>1 tomato-diced<\/li><li>5 turkey sausage links-cooked<\/li><li>\u00bd cup of shredded cheddar cheese<\/li><li>10 large eggs<\/li><li>\u00bd cup of milk of choice<\/li><li>Salt and pepper to taste<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. Spray a 12-count muffin tray.<\/li><li>Add spinach, tomatoes, sausage, and cheddar cheese one at a time into each cup (the cup should be about half full)<\/li><li>Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over prefilled cups, filling the cup almost to the top.<\/li><li>Bake for 20-25 min and allow to cool. Make sure it is combined thoroughly<\/li><li>Add in drained tuna, onion and celery<\/li><li>Serve with chopped veggies, on toast or with crackers!<sup>2<\/sup><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5581\" width=\"269\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5.png 396w, https:\/\/liveyourlifept.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/image-5-200x300.png 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 269px) 100vw, 269px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DINNER: Crockpot Turkey Meatballs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>1.5 lbs ground turkey<\/li><li>\u00be cup Italian bread crumbs<\/li><li>\u00bc cup chopped parsley<\/li><li>1 tsp minced garlic<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp onion powder<\/li><li>1 egg<\/li><li>1\/2 cup parmesan cheese<\/li><li>1 tsp salt<\/li><li>\u00bc tsp pepper<\/li><li>28 oz jar marinara sauce<\/li><li>16 oz can crushed tomatoes<\/li><li>15 oz can tomato sauce<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Preheat the broiler and spray a cooking sheet with cooking spray.<\/li><li>Mix with hands or spoon turkey, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion powder, egg, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.<\/li><li>Shape meat into 1 inch balls and place on cooking sheet. Once prepared, put cooking sheet into oven and broil for about 10 min<\/li><li>After 10 min, with tongs, put meatballs into large crockpot. Gently top meatballs with marinara sauce, crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. After playing many sports, she settled on volleyball and softball, which she played through college at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. While at Concordia, she earned a double major in exercise science and nutrition. After she moved to the MN twin cities area after college, she earned her certified personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine along with a certified strength and conditioning coach through USA weightlifting. She found passion in motivating people to reach their goals by finding a personalized nutrition and exercise plan that worked best for them. She has worked with clients 1-on-1, as well as small group classes.
