The CDC recently reported some positive health data, stating that the number of potentially preventable deaths caused by three of the leading causes of death in the US have finally started to decline.1 Heart disease, cancer, and stroke deaths have decreased between the years 2010 through 2014. 2 The study included adults age 80 or less who live in the U.S. and offers uplifting news on the topic of chronic disease.
