Water is the main component of the human body. Around 60 percent of the human body is made up of water. By taking adequate amount of water it leads to numerous health benefits.

Furthermore, the Institute of Medicine has determined the adequate intake of total beverage per day (AI) be about three liters or 13 cups for men and 2.2 liters or nine cups for women.

  • Flushes Out Toxins: When not enough water is consumed, the heart pumps extra oxygenated blood to the organs, causing severe health issues
  • Water Is Good for Your Joints: Joints need moisture. In order to remain strong and flexible with pain-free movements, make sure you get enough water. Keep hydrated throughout the day to keep your joints young and strong.
