Based on an idea brought about by the Ohio Department of Aging; the concept is to enlighten seniors you love to participate in programs and exercises that help keep them STEADY on their feet and keep them from becoming a statistic.
Live Your Life Physical Therapy has a wide diversity of programs that focus on keeping seniors STEADY. Because lack of balance, strength, reaction time, flexibility and muscle strength are all risk factors for falls, our programs focus specifically on these areas which can be modified with the proper evidence-based exercise programs.
