Job Summary:

Physical Therapy is an important part of our rehabilitation, wellness, and fitness approach to servicing our clients. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist who is comfortable working in our practice modal and can assist our clients in treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.

Acupuncture is an important part of our holistic approach to servicing our clients. We are currently seeking an acupuncturist who is comfortable working in our practice model and can assist our clients in treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Travel to accommodate our clients
- Discuss treatment options and preventative measures
- Conduct acupuncture treatment sessions in accordance with all standards of practice and state and federal laws.
- Maintain patient records
- Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions, such as diabetes
- Monitor patients’ progress
- Ensure all safety, infection, quality, and environmental procedures and rules are in place and used
- Listen to clients during acupuncture and adjust technique to meet their needs.
- Develop and propose treatment plans that are centered around the client’s specific needs.
- Committed to ongoing education for professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited acupuncture school
- Acupuncture License in Minnesota

Massage service is an important part of our holistic approach to servicing our clients. We are currently seeking a Massage Therapist who Is comfortable working in our practice model and can assist our clients in treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Travel to accommodate our clients
- Highly skilled in massage therapy.
- Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions, such as diabetes
- Design sessions around clients’ specific complaints or problem areas.
- Listen to clients during massages and adjust technique to meet their needs.
- Develop and propose client treatment plans
- Appropriately current and valid license for the geographic area of service.
- Have the ability to work independently.
- Enjoy ongoing education for professional growth and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate in Massage Therapy (is it a certificate or a degree in MN?)
- Valid and a current license in the townships that require a license preferred
- 3 years of experience as a total body worker, preferably working with the geriatric population and individuals with disabilities.
MN Registered Dietitian - Contract

Dietary and Nutritional Services are an important part of our holistic approach to servicing our clients. We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian who is comfortable working in our practice model and can assist our clients in treatment for medical conditions, injuries, or wellness maintenance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide dietary services in accordance with company guidelines, state and federal laws and regulations
- Develop nutrition plans and implement interventions based on knowledge of patient’s current health
- Complete monthly, quarterly and yearly assessments of clients and adapt nutrition plans as needed
- Implement personalized, age-specific and culturally appropriate nutrition strategies
- Deliver client nutrition recommendations to nurses, and aides
- Provide nutrition education and counseling for patients
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
- Well-rounded experience working in various practice settings
- Minimum 3 years of dietary consultation experience
- Experience preferably working with the geriatric population and individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a Registered Dietitian

MN Executive Assistant - Full Time

We are seeking an executive assistant who is able to handle sensitive and confidential information and positively interact with outside callers, clients, patients, and staff. This position requires initiative to recommend new policies and procedures for office inefficiencies, and independent decision making regarding the organization and prioritization of the workload.
