The bulk of her career she has been practicing in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, treating a wide range of client ages and challenges. She developed a specialty in treating temporomandibular dysfunction, headaches and cervical dysfunction. View Full BioDr. Bonnie Becker earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Human Performance and Fitness from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, IA, in 2010. She continued her education at St. Ambrose, completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2011.
Since beginning her career in Minneapolis, Dr. Becker has accumulated over a decade of clinical experience across multiple practice settings, including acute care, subacute rehabilitation, home health, and outpatient vestibular rehabilitation. A significant portion of her practice has focused on the geriatric population, where she has developed expertise in optimizing mobility, promoting fall prevention, and supporting functional independence for older adults with an emphasis on evidence-based interventions that enhance safety and quality of life. Her clinical expertise spans orthopedic rehabilitation, managing conditions such as chronic pain related to osteoarthritis and post-surgical recovery following an injury or joint replacement.
Dr. Kristen Reed, PT, DPT, GCS, CLT, is a board certified geriatric clinical specialist and a certified lymphedema therapist. She graduated from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (2011) with a B.S. in Kinesiology degree.

Bethany is a licensed acupuncturist who discovered acupuncture after she had an injury that resulted in severe back pain and leg weakness. Before treatment, she was afraid to even walk up a flight of stairs, let alone resume exercise and other activities she loved.

He graduated from the American Academy for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) in the Twin Cities and is pursuing a Doctoral degree at Pacific College of Health Sciences.
He is intrigued by the power of Chinese Medicine and specifically Acupuncture. He is trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has since added other styles and techniques that effectively treat pain and other conditions. He is now practicing Neoclassical Acupuncture (NCA) which uses a body feedback system and uses only very few needles in a treatment.

She teaches mixed level finesses classes coaching her students in areas of mobility and flexibility training, yoga, powerlifting, and conditioning.
